(To Hell) is an intense, honest, and
uncompromising capture of Baraka Face Junta's energy, recorded live at Studio Dobra 12 in
Białystok. This album comprises nine tracks radiating the band's authentic expression,
highlighting especially poignant vocals and distinctive saxophone parts, which played a key
role right from the composition stage.
Sonically, “Do Piekła” presents a stronger and more intense character, where raw, high-
energy performances intersect with the spaciousness and dynamics of a live studio recording.
The bass clearly establishes an atmosphere of coldwave tension, tightly coupled with drums
that keep everything firmly structured, while the guitar injects expressive, aggressive riffs and
sharp cuts. The saxophone is pivotal this time, echoing the avant-garde jazz influences of
artists like John Zorn and James Chance. The whole remains deeply rooted in the anarcho-
punk tradition of Crass, Conflict, and The Ex, infused with the pulsating energy of NoMeansNo.
Artwork co-created by Radowsław Radar Włodarski, with mixing and mastering handled by
the band itself, ensures listeners receive precisely the emotional intensity Baraka Face Junta
intended to convey.
